# Requesting service or a cancellation

Using the Request service and Cancel subscription quick actions, what happens after you submit, and other ways to reach us.

When you need something — a question, a consulting session, a site audit,
an end to a subscription — the fastest route is the quick actions right on
[your account home](/account).

## Requesting service

1. Open [your account](/account). With an active subscription, you'll see
two tiles under the greeting — tap **Request service**.
2. If you have more than one subscription, pick **Which subscription?**
3. Under **What do you need?**, choose:
   - **Book a consulting session**
   - **Request a site audit**
   - **Get support** — something's not working right, or you have a
     question.
   - **Request a report**
4. Describe what you need in **Tell us more**, then tap **Submit request**.
You'll see a confirmation that it went through.

## Cancelling a subscription

The **Cancel subscription** tile files a cancellation request — pick the
subscription, a reason, and your preferred end date, and we'll reach out to
confirm the actual end date. Details in
[Cancelling or changing your subscription](/docs/getting-started/cancelling-or-changing-your-subscription).

## What happens next

Your request goes straight to our queue — the same small team running your
subscription. We'll follow up by text or email to schedule a time or get
you an answer.

{% callout type="note" title="No ticket numbers to track" %}
There's no support-ticket screen to watch — once you submit, the follow-up
happens over text or email. If you haven't heard from us within a business
day, nudge us with a text or call.

## Other ways to reach us

Your account home ends with a **Need help?** section showing our phone
number and email — text, call, or write any time. Texting is usually the
fastest reply. Replying to any receipt or confirmation email works too,
and the [contact form](/contact) is always open.
