# Your account home

A tour of the account page — where your subscriptions, payment method, profile, and help options all live.

[Your account](/account) is your home base: a sidebar with **Dashboard**,
**Subscriptions**, **Invoices & Payments**, and **Notifications**, plus
everything you need most often — your profile, payment method, and quick
actions — right on the dashboard itself. Here's the tour.

## The greeting up top

The top of the page greets you by name and shows the one thing most worth
knowing right now:

- A payment is **past due** → you'll see the amount and a one-tap way to
  pay or fix your card.
- A payment is **coming up** → you'll see the amount and due date.
- Everything's fine → "you're all set," with a count of your active
  subscriptions.

## Quick actions

If you have an active subscription, two big tiles sit right under the
greeting:

- **Request service** — book a consulting session, request a site audit,
  get support, or request a report. See

- **Cancel subscription** — request a cancellation. See
  [Cancelling or changing your subscription](/docs/getting-started/cancelling-or-changing-your-subscription).

here too — see

## Your subscriptions

Cards for your active and pending subscriptions, each showing the service,
rate, and status. Tap any card to open that subscription's detail page —
its invoices, payments, and documents live there. Use **View all
subscriptions** for the full list, past subscriptions included. More in
[Managing your subscriptions](/docs/your-account/managing-your-subscriptions).

## Profile & payment

- **Your profile** — name, email, phone, and address at a glance. The
  **Edit profile** button opens the full editor (name, email, phone,
  address, and password).
- **Cards on file** — the cards we can bill, with the default marked and
  buttons to add, switch, or remove one. See

- **Invoices & payments** — a link to your full billing history across
  every subscription. See

- **Sign out** lives at the bottom of this section.

Select **Notifications** from the sidebar to choose which emails and texts
you get. See

## Need help?

The bottom of the page has our phone number and email — text, call, or
write any time. For anything about a subscription, the **Request service**
quick action is fastest.
