Rating a completed job

View as Markdown

The quick rating link we send after a job wraps up — how it works and where your feedback goes.

After we finish a job on your subscription — an onboarding call, a consulting session, a site audit, a support request — we may text or email you a quick link to rate how it went. It takes about five seconds, and we read every single one.

Leaving your rating

  1. Tap the link in our message. The page asks one question — "How was your experience?"
  2. Pick 1 to 5 stars.
  3. Optionally, add a comment: what stood out, good or bad. This is the part we learn the most from.
  4. Tap Submit rating.

Where your feedback goes

Straight to us — the same person or small team that did the work. Ratings aren't published anywhere; they're how we check our own work and coach ourselves. If something went wrong, a low rating with a comment is the fastest way to make sure the right person sees it, and we'll follow up.

Good to know

  • One rating per job. Once you've submitted, the link shows a thank-you instead of the form. Want to change or add to your rating? Email us — the address is right on that page.
  • Links are good for 30 days. After that the link expires; if you still want to share feedback, just contact us — we always want to hear it.
  • No sign-in needed. The link is unique to that job and works on its own.
  • Not every job sends one. Routine internal work doesn't ask for a rating, so don't worry if a job goes by without a link.

Something wrong that a rating can't fix?

A rating tells us how a job went — but if something with your subscription still isn't right, don't wait for us to read it. Open a service request from your account and we'll get it sorted. See Requesting service or a cancellation.
