Why Location Matters for Your Ducts
The metro has a wide mix of housing. Older neighborhoods inside the I-435 loop often have ductwork that has been added to and patched over the decades, with long returns and tight crawlspaces. Many newer suburban homes have multiple HVAC systems, finished basements and second-floor laundry rooms with long dryer vent runs that exit through the roof. We plan each job around the house in front of us.
